Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
Note on Safety Items: For your protection, helmets and cycling shoes marked as “used” cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. All other products in our inventory are eligible for returns when conditions are met.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return:

  1. Contact our team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package the item securely with the RMA number visible
  4. Ship to our returns center at:
    4401 Burlington Place Northwest, Washington, US 20016

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the new item once the return is processed

Note: Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable.

International Returns

For our global customers outside the US:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs forms must be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
  • Refunds will be processed in USD
